A southern Kenya circuit with a refined finish. The journey begins at JW Marriott in Nairobi, moves to Tawi Lodge in its private conservancy beside Amboseli, then crosses both halves of Tsavo before three nights on the coast.
It suits travellers who want Kilimanjaro, Tsavo's wide wilderness, and a proper beach stay in one unhurried passage, with a flight home from Diani at the end.

Arrive Nairobi
Touch down in Nairobi and transfer to JW Marriott. Evening at leisure to settle in. Dinner and overnight at JW Marriott Nairobi.
Nairobi → Amboseli
Depart after breakfast and drive to Amboseli, arriving in good time for lunch at Tawi Lodge. Afternoon rest, followed by an evening game drive with chances to see elephants, buffalo, and Mt. Kilimanjaro, the climax of Amboseli National Park. Dinner and overnight at Tawi Lodge.
Amboseli
Half day game drive, returning to the camp for lunch and an afternoon siesta, followed by an optional nature walk and optional sundowner in Tawi Conservancy. Dinner and overnight at Tawi Lodge.
Amboseli → Tsavo West
Depart after breakfast and drive to Tsavo West, checking in at Severin Safari Camp for lunch. Afternoon rest and a game drive in the evening. Dinner and overnight at Severin Safari Camp.
Tsavo West
Optional morning game drive with visits to Mzima Springs for underwater viewing and the Shetani lava flows, returning to camp for lunch. Afternoon rest, followed by an evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at Severin Safari Camp.
Tsavo West → Tsavo East
Depart after breakfast and drive to Tsavo East, checking in at Satao Camp for lunch. Afternoon rest, followed by an evening game drive with chances to see red elephants, lions, and buffalo among others. Dinner and overnight at Satao Camp.
Tsavo East
Morning game drive, returning to camp for lunch and an afternoon rest beside the waterhole, followed by an evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at Satao Camp.
Tsavo East → Diani (SGR)
Depart after breakfast and transfer to Voi train station to board the train to Mombasa, about 2 hours. Continue by road for about one hour and check in at The Maji. Dinner and overnight at The Maji Beach Boutique Hotel.
Diani Beach
Full day at leisure — optional snorkeling, kite surfing, or spa treatments, or simply relax. Dinner and overnight at The Maji Beach Boutique Hotel.
Diani Beach
Full day at leisure — optional dhow cruise, marine park visit, or cultural tour. Dinner and overnight at The Maji Beach Boutique Hotel.
Diani → Nairobi (Flight)
Depart after breakfast and transfer to Ukunda airstrip for your flight to Nairobi, connecting to your international departure.

Why both halves of Tsavo?
They share an ecosystem but not a mood. Tsavo West is known for its volcanic scenery and spring-fed Mzima Springs; Tsavo East is open, red, and elephant country.
How do we get from Tsavo to the coast?
By the SGR train from Voi to Mombasa, about two hours, then about an hour by road to Diani. The return to Nairobi is a flight from Ukunda.
How hot is it?
Tsavo runs warmer than the highlands. We plan early drives, afternoon rest, and a coastal finish that makes the heat feel earned.
